Curriculum includes:
- identifying your personal leadership style and values
- leading others: managing up and down, giving/receiving feedback, delegation, leading from diversity
- organizational assessment and strategic thinking
- executive communication with various stakeholders
- executive responsibilities in finance and fundraising
- effective boards and governance practices
Learn from more than a dozen instructors and mentors including experienced arts and business leaders, giving officers, executive coaches, and board members. Connect with peers and build ongoing resources with the ALI community.
Commitment: October 4, 5, 25, 26, November 15, 16. $500.
